Hello.

Hello, My name is Eric Johnson and I want to welcome you to my blog, "No Laughing Matter."

Being a stand-up comedian is only part of my life. While I love to entertain and to make people laugh, there is a serious side to me that I'd like to share with my friends, family, fans, and others who may be following me.

I'm also a husband, father, son, brother, friend, uncle, youth pastor, cancer survivor, songwriter, teacher, preacher, and many other things which I can't currently think of at this moment. (It's 2:20am) But the point is there's so much more to me than what you see on stage, and that's the purpose of this blog. Simply, I want to share with you what's on my heart.

Now, just because the blog's titled, "No Laughing Matter" doesn't mean that you won't find something funny on here from time to time!! You may!! My sense of humor is apart of who I am. I can not and will not hide it.

So, with all that said, I thank you for stopping by here today and taking time to read my blog.
